Once the distillates have been produced, the work of the Master Distiller will focus on blending them in precise proportions. The alcohol content is adjusted by slow and gradual rectification with water, and, in the case of liqueurs, sugar syrup exclusively produced at the Distillery. The golden color of some of our Génépis is obtained naturally, by infusion of plants in water and alcohol.
The conservation of finished products ready to be bottled is carried out in containers not exceeding 2500 litres to optimize the liquid / air exchange which will participate in rounding off the aromas of our distillates and liqueurs. The finished products are systematically analysed in order to guarantee a tasting experience that meets our quality standards. Packaging and labelling are carried out by us at the Distillery and also include multiple quality control points.
