Completely fill a Highball type glass with cubed ice.
Pour in 40 ml (1 1/2 fl oz) of Genepi Meunier Heritage, 20 ml (2/3 fl oz) of White Vermouth, 10 ml (1/3 fl oz) of lemon juice. Top up with soda water.
Mix gently from bottom to top.
Garnish with a fine pinch of dried tarragon over the top of the glass.
