Unctuous, smooth and creamy cocktail, this adaptation of the "White Russian", the dude's flagship recipe, is perfect for finishing a dinner and prolonging the evening.
Pour 40 ml of Genepi Meunier Altitude, 20 ml of fresh coffee, 40 ml of heavy cream, 1/2 spoon of cane sugar and 1 pinch of cocoa powder into a shaker.
Shake briefly.
Strain the mixture into a Martini glass filled with ice.
Sprinkle with praline powder.
