Gin Meunier
A rare, powerful and aromatic gin.
London Dry Gin made from organic juniper berries and eleven other organic plants, seeds and spices: black elderberry, coriander, angelica, iris, fennel, cardamom, orange peel, pomegranate, goji berries, liquorice, nutmeg. The botanicals are gradually infused in a neutral alcohol base before being distilled in a “ Stupfler ” copper still in a single pass. The distillate is subsequently rectified to 42% vol. in several stages with spring water drawn from the foot of the Vercors moutain range.

Unlike many premium Gins, the herbal distillate used to make the Gin Meunier is not diluted with neutral alcohol before being rectified to 42% vol. This results in a more complex, more aromatic and truly "small batch" Gin since each distillation only produces 300 bottles.
Tasting Notes
Perfectly crystalline color that takes on opalescent reflections on contact with water or ice, reflecting a very concentrated distillate.
Powerful nose with herbaceous, fresh, spicy pepper character.
Frank attack of juniper and aromas of pine, supported by zesty notes of citrus fruits, spices with a very nice aromatic persistence.
Perfect Serve
In Gin & Tonic: in a wine glass filled with ice cubes, pour 1 measure of Gin Meunier for 4 measures of a quality Tonic; stir gently; garnish with a sprig of rosemary and add an orange zest for extra freshness.
The aromatic persistence of Gin Meunier as well as its herbaceous and spicy profile come together remarkably well in cocktails combining Gin and Vermouth.
Like a premium Eau-de-Vie or simply topped off with sparkling water to discover all its aromas.
