"Extra Dry" Génépi liqueur having been placed for aging in oak barrels with a capacity of 300 liters. During each bottling, only one unique barrel is selected, at the discretion of the Master Distiller. Each cask thus produces a unique cuvée since the organoleptic characteristics of the liqueurs evolve according to the type of wood selected, the toasting applied by the cooper during the manufacture of the cask, variations in temperature and humidity and of course, the duration of aging.

Each cuvée being unique and produced in very limited quantities, the Génépi Meunier Fût Unique is available exclusively from our wine merchant partners.
