Traditional Liqueurs
Suc des Glaciers
A traditional recipe from the Distillerie Meunier, Suc de Glaciers is a liqueur with a unique personality that combines the floral aromas of alpine plants with the freshness of icy mint. It can be enjoyed chilled, over ice or diluted with sparkling water.
Bottled at 43% vol.
Le Suc des Glaciers gets its fresh and sustained aromas from a slow distillation of plants carried out in a Stupfler copper still. Among these plants, we find, among others, genepi Artemisia Umbelliformis as well as icy mint.
Transparent and crystalline color.
Subtle aromatic bouquet that opens on an herbal universe where we find in particular genepi and a finely peppered and spicy mint.
Frank and direct attack revealing a herbaceous, floral and spicy bouquet. Ice mint dominates in the mid-palate. The finish, still minty, is long and fresh, without softness or heaviness.
In an "old fashioned" type glass filled with ice cubes, pour 4cl of Suc des Glaciers. Stir to obtain a slight dilution and enjoy.
In a "tumbler" type glass or a simple wine glass filled with ice cubes, pour 4 cl of Suc des Glaciers. Add a dash of sparkling water like Perrier.
Keep a bottle of Suc des Glaciers in the freezer to enjoy it pure, in a digestive glass or a simple wine glass.
